We all know it’s important for our health to consistently nourish our bodies with good foods, get quality rest, and work up a good sweat. But as essential as it is to “work-out”, it’s just as important to “work-in”.
From a holistic perspective, we are healthy when we are able to fully digest what we take in, extract and absorb all that benefits us, and eliminate what doesn’t serve us – including our food, our relationships, and our experiences. Symptoms and illnesses alert us that there is a disruption in that energy, and we need to clear the blockage to restore balance and healthy flow.
Make “working-in” a regular practice in your health routine with a daily meditation, forgiving and letting go, cultivating loving relationships, and enjoying play and laughter.
